Thanks for stopping by yet another foodie blog. I write because some things deserve to be more than a memory, at risk of being forgotten. I also write because it helps me learn.
If I had my way, I’d be at my keyboard dutifully updating this website with real-time entries of eating escapades. For whatever reason, I don’t; so sometimes I drop in to dust off the cobwebs.
